What are the methods of payment accepted?

Do you sell gift vouchers and are they redeemable?

Yes. With our unique range of cultural and language products, Foreign Language Bookshop gift vouchers are the ideal gift for friends, colleagues and family.

We can supply gift vouchers to any value (minimum $20). These are redeemable at Foreign Language Bookshop, Melbourne and are shipped to you free of charge.

How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?
We endeavour to pack and ship your items within 24 hours of receiving your order. In Australia, we ship via Australia Post thus normal lead times are

  • "next day" delivery in Melbourne
  • 2 days from despatch to country Victoria and all Capital Cities
  • 3 days delivery to Interstate (from Melbourne) Country.

      • We ship to overseas customers via our airfreight service provider to that Country. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

      If the item is not in stock at the time your order is accepted, we will email you with expected time of delivery and re-confirm your intention to proceed with the purchase.

      Can I pick up my purchase from Foreign Language Bookshop in Collins Street, Melbourne?
      Sorry this is not possible. All orders are shipped from the warehouse.
