If you purchase a product which is faulty and need to return it, please email email@example.com or call us on (03) 8417 9500 during business hours. Please do not ship your products back to us before receiving authorisation for your return.
We will not accept returns due to change of mind or incorrect selection and ask that you contact us with any enquiries before your purchase if you have specific needs or are unsure of the product’s specifications.
All claims for returns must be made no more than 15 calendar days after receipt of the goods. We will not accept return of gift certificates or credit notes.
Customers are entitled to return goods purchased from Foreign Language Bookshop if the goods are faulty in any way or otherwise different to what is described in the packaging or what was represented at the point of sale.
Goods may be replaced, credited or a full refund given at Foreign Language Bookshop’s sole discretion. Customers must present the purchase receipts. No refund or exchange will be granted without a receipt as proof of purchase.
